Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Learn how we protect your information.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us through our website, ask about our products or services, or communicate with us. This may include:

  • • Name and contact information (email, phone number)
  • • Company information
  • • Project requirements and preferences
  • • Communication preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
  • • Deliver the products or services you request
  • • Communicate with you about our products, services, or research initiatives
  • • Improve our website, products, services, and research content
  • • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this privacy policy. We may share information with:

  • • Service providers who assist us in operating our business
  • • Legal authorities when required by law
  • • Business partners with your explicit consent

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • • Access your personal information
  • • Correct inaccurate information
  • • Request deletion of your information
  • • Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

We use analytics to understand which Tech Radar posts are useful to readers and to improve future coverage. We do not sell visitor data.

Tech Radar signal feedback is stored anonymously and used to improve editorial quality.

Tech Radar reader signup is separate from anonymous signal feedback. If you request email updates, we store your email address, optional first name, signup article, and dated consent records. We use Supabase to store these records and Resend to deliver confirmation and reader emails. Your email subscription becomes active only after you confirm it. Your emails include controls to unsubscribe and change your tracking choice; you can also contact info@uniqubit.ca. To limit signup abuse, we maintain request cooldowns using a keyed hash of the request IP; we do not store the raw IP in reader records or use these cooldowns to identify your visits.

Visit tracking is optional and off by default. If you separately allow it and confirm your email, we place a first-party browser cookie that lasts up to 180 days and store only its hash. It lets us count recognized Tech Radar visits and article views in a private admin reader list. A new visit starts after 30 minutes without activity. We keep aggregate counts and visit times, rather than individual article browsing history. These identified reader records are not sent to our website analytics providers or connected to anonymous signal feedback.

Turning tracking off or unsubscribing stops further collection across remembered browsers. Previously recorded counts and consent history remain until deleted; contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Different browsers, devices, private browsing, cleared cookies, and blocked requests can limit recognition, so these counts do not represent every visit or prove an article was read. Email confirmation links expire after 24 hours and preference links after 180 days.

7. ORVERXA and Nara

ORVERXA is a uniQubit product. If you request early access, we collect your email address and any role and company information you provide to review your interest and contact you about your request. Requests are stored using Supabase. We also process limited technical information to operate the form and protect it from abuse.

We intend to review early-access requests after 12 months and remove those no longer needed. Requests are not automatically deleted after 12 months and may be kept longer when still needed for the request or for legal obligations.

When available, Nara is an AI assistant that answers questions about ORVERXA. Conversations are processed by ElevenLabs and its service providers, including an AI model provider. Conversations are transcribed and transcripts may be stored temporarily. Nara’s current ElevenLabs settings schedule transcripts and associated derived fields for deletion; deletion is not immediate. Audio saving for new conversations is turned off in ElevenLabs.

Nara does not ask for or save contact details for follow-up in this version. Information you choose to share may appear in a transcript or optional feedback. The early-access form is separate from Nara. You can choose not to use Nara or end a conversation at any time.

ORVERXA y Nara
